VIV

So no comments on my VIV purchase, which dropped to the target buy price I had mentioned, then rose to $28.36 (over 10%) a few days later. It has since settled back in at $26 and change. Are we just waiting on our next meeting or are we looking to do anything with our money market?

I am on the fence about this company. The two things i like is Brazil economy outlook and the telecommunications sector. What i am unsure about is that the stock started off very strong the first few 2 years before declining in 2000-2001. It is now up in the high 20's, which is near its highest point over the past 10 years. Do we think it can rebound to exceed the low 30's and maybe get half way to where it was back in 1999? I have been digging for information on VIV, but haven't made my decision as to which way this stock will go. I am starting to think it will go up, but how much? Is it worth to us for it to move up a little in such a volatile market? I have to do more research. Just my thoughts, anyone else?
